Sussana Manukyan
Public Relations Manager
A theatre critic by profession, Ms. Manukyan has been with Orran since the very first days of its foundation. For 20 years she has exemplified her devotion to Orran through her responsibilities which include working with the media and with donors to ensure coverage and publicity for Orran events.

Natalya Tumanova
Accountant
A graduate of Yerevan Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Electrical Engineering, she worked for almost twenty years as a Senior Engineer at the Yerevan Scientific Research Institute of Mathematical Machines. In 1992, Mrs. Tumanova made a career change, to become a certified accountant. She joined Orran as a contractual accountant in July 2001; in July 2002, she joined the staff as the organization’s full-time accountant. She is fluent in Armenian, Russian and is proficient in English.

Mariam Varosyan
Coordinator of Funds and Development
Mariam Varosyan graduated American University of Armenian, where she studied English and Communications. She previously worked at the Human Rights Defender’s Office, and since 2023 she is working at Orran.

Karine Miqayelyan
Administrator
Karine Miqayelyan studied Economics at the Armenian national Agrarian University. She is working as an office administrator at Orran since February, 2023.

Lilit Rashoyan
Psychologist
In her 25 years as a psychologist, Lilit Rashoyan has worked with many children who have faced socio-psychological issues. Lilit Rashoyan volunteered at Orran Yerevan in 2019 and again in 2020 during the war. During that time she counseled countless families and children from Artsakh who came to Orran for assistance. Since 2021 she joined our dedicated team as a psychologist.


Astghik Hovhannisyan
Teaching Staff
Astghik Hovhanisyan graduated from Yerevan State Pedagogical Institute named after K. Abovyan. Since August 2004, she joined Orran team as the teacher for the youngest group, and in 2023 she also became the coordinator of the educational department.

Lusine Aghabekyan
Teaching staff
Lusine Aghabekyan graduated from Yerevan State Pedagogical Institute named after K. Abovyan. Since 2022, she has joined Orran’s team as an educator of the middle group.

Lusine Hakobyan
Lusine Hakobyan graduated from Yerevan State Conservatory named after Komitas in 2001, and in 2003 she finnished her post-graduate studies. Lusine works as a pianist and music teacher since November 2022.


Meri Shanlyan
Receptionist
Mary Shanlyan has been working in Orran since November 2022 as a receptionist. She got her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in the Armenian language and literature department of the Pedagogical University.

Catering Staff
Chief Cook Mrs. Emma Grigoryan and her assistants prepare the meals that are served 6 days a week to the elderly and youth.
Team Vanadzor

Hasmik Jinanyan
Operations Coordinator
Hasmik Jinanyan holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from International Scientific-Educational Center of NAS RA and a Bachelor‘s Degree in the English Language and Literature from Vanadzor State University. She is responsible for managing Orran Vanadzor center, developing and facilitating an active planning process for operations, developing organizational goals and objectives consistent with the mission and vision of Orran, serving as chief liaison with governmental bodies and specific community groups, providing for adequate supervision and annual appraisal of all staff. Ms Hasmik joined Orran in August 2018. She worked in Ardshinbank CJSC for the proceeding five years.

Ani Safaryan
Academic Coordinator
Ani Safaryan formerly worked as the social worker in Kurtan village School within the frameworks of the ‘’Teach for Armenia’’ Program. Ani holds a Master’s Degree in ‘’Education Management’’ and a Bachelor‘s Degree in ‘’Social Work and Pedagogy’’ from Vanadzor State University. She is responsible for supervision of all teachers and academic workers, organizing staff trainings, seminars or workshops for team building, classroom safety, health issues and other related issues, as well as drawing up road maps for all children based on personal information, academic ability, interests etc.

Zhanna Yeasayan
Nurse
Mrs. Yeaseyan has a certification from the National Institute of Health. She is responsible for the health of the elderly and the children, performing regular checkups, conducting examinations and classes for the wellbeing of our beneficiaries.

Lilit Sindoyan
Social Worker
Lilit Sindoyan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in ‘’Human biology’’ from Vanadzor state University and ‘’Social work’’ from Yerevan State University. Her main responsibilities include working with the team to select Orran beneficiaries according to established selection criteria, visiting the children and the elderly in their homes to check on their socio-economic status and living conditions, working with job centers to identify possible employment opportunities for the parents of Orran children, liaising with other mental health services, the Ministry of Social Welfare, local and international organizations working with at-risk children.

Ruzzanna Hovhannisyan
Psychologist
Ms. Hovannissyan is a qualified Psychologist since 2009. She joined Vanadzor Orran team in March 2018 after having been a volunteer since 2011. Her role is to provide psychological support to Orran kids and their families, as well as being involved in the Memory Club activities established at Vanadzor Orran Center since March 2019. She applies various methods and therapies in her daily work with children, such as fairy tale therapy, sand therapy, art therapy and others.
